Last Updated: March 23, 2026

Sixseven LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates tryfilewise.com ("Filewise" or the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. We've written it in plain English because we think you deserve to actually understand it.

1. Who We Are

Sixseven LLC is a California limited liability company. You can reach us at info@sixsevenllc.com with any privacy-related questions or requests.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information (via Google OAuth)

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We use this to create and identify your account. We do not receive your Google password or access to your Google files.

Usage Data

We collect data about how you use the Service, including the number of files you've renamed, your credit balance and usage history, and general activity logs. This helps us operate the platform and improve the product.

Payment Information

Credit pack purchases are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe handles payment processing under their own privacy policy and security standards. We receive confirmation of successful transactions and may store a transaction ID and purchase amount for your records.

What We Do NOT Collect

We do not store your files. Files you upload to Filewise are processed entirely in memory for the purpose of generating rename suggestions. They are never written to disk, never retained after processing is complete, and never accessible to us after your session ends. Your file contents are not logged, analyzed for any secondary purpose, or transmitted to any third party beyond what is necessary to generate rename suggestions.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and maintain your account
  • To provide the file renaming service
  • To track and apply your credit balance
  • To process payments and maintain transaction records
  • To communicate with you about your account or support requests
  • To improve and develop the Service
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services (such as Stripe for payments and Google for authentication) that process data on our behalf under appropriate data protection agreements.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sixseven LLC or others.
  • Business Transfers: If Sixseven LLC is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information (name, email, credit history) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at info@sixsevenllc.com.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of your data seriously and limit access to personal information to those who need it to operate the Service.

7. Your Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell your data)
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, the right to restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability. Our legal basis for processing your data is the performance of a contract (providing the Service to you) and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service.

To exercise your GDPR rights, contact us at info@sixsevenllc.com. If you believe we have not addressed your concerns adequately, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies and Tracking
