These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tryfilewise.com ("Filewise" or the "Service"), operated by Sixseven LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Filewise.
Filewise is a browser-based tool that uses artificial intelligence to suggest new names for files you upload. You upload files, the AI generates rename suggestions, and you download the renamed files. File content is processed in memory only and is never stored by us after processing is complete.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Filewise. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You sign in to Filewise using your Google account via OAuth. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your Google account secure. Contact us immediately at info@sixsevenllc.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
New accounts receive 5 lifetime free credits. These credits do not expire but cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
You may purchase additional credits in the following packs:
Each file renamed consumes one credit. Credit packs do not expire. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
Filewise operates on a pay-as-you-go credit model. There are no recurring subscriptions or automatic charges. You are only charged when you purchase a credit pack.
You agree not to use Filewise to:
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive conduct, without prior notice or refund.
Filewise uses artificial intelligence to generate file rename suggestions. These suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate, appropriate, or complete. The AI may misinterpret file content, produce generic or unhelpful names, or make errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing rename suggestions before applying them and for any consequences resulting from renaming your files. We make no warranty regarding the quality or accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
The Filewise platform, including its code, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Sixseven LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all ownership rights to files you upload and the renamed versions you download. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your files solely for the purpose of generating rename suggestions during your session.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIXSEVEN LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sixseven LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sixseven LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
