This Refund Policy explains when you can and cannot receive a refund for credit pack purchases on tryfilewise.com. We've kept it short and direct.

1. General Policy: Credits Are Non-Refundable After Use

Once a credit pack has been purchased and credits have been applied to your account and used to rename files, those credits are non-refundable. Because credits are consumed at the time of processing, we are unable to issue refunds for credits that have already been used.

2. Satisfaction Window for Unused Credits

If you purchased a credit pack and have not yet used any of the credits from that purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase
  • The credits from the purchased pack must be fully unused at the time of the request

3. Failed Purchases / Credits Not Applied

If your payment was charged but credits were not applied to your account, that is an error we want to fix. Please contact us at info@sixsevenllc.com with your account email and the date of the transaction. We will investigate and either apply the missing credits or issue a full refund, depending on what happened.

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same credit pack twice in a single session, contact us within 7 days and we will review the situation. If credits from the duplicate purchase are unused, we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.

5. What We Don't Refund

  • Credits that have already been used to process files
  • Partial refunds on partially used credit packs
  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago (except for failed transactions)
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
